Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved exclusively for you, and we value your time as well as that of our team. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.


  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be required to reschedule and will be charged as a no-show (100% of the service fee) to prevent disruptions to other clients’ appointments.


Our policy is in place to respect the time of our clients and staff. When an appointment is missed or significantly delayed, it not only impacts our team but also prevents other clients from booking during that time. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. 

Note: This cancellation policy applies to all guests, including members and all membership types.


Returns & Refunds

  • Skincare products: Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards and service packages: All sales are final—these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Child Policy

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that parents or guardians make alternative arrangements for children while receiving services. Due to the nature of our treatments, unattended children in the spa or waiting area pose potential safety risks. Our priority is ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing the well-being of your child and all our clients.
