Cancellation & No-Show Policy


Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Guests who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full (100%) for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/ or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.


NOTE:
This cancellation policy applies to all guests including all members and all types of memberships.


Appointments

To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few days in advance using our website or call the spa. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. For reserving appointments, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. Please refer to the Cancelation/No Show Policy.

If you have not completed the required forms for your electronic treatment/consultation prior to your appointment, please arrive to the spa 15 minutes early.  This helps us and you to stay on schedule.

Returns & Refunds

Skincare product purchases returned unopened within 15 days of purchase can receive a full refund or exchange.  No refunds or exchanges will be given if product has been opened. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards or packages. 

Child Policy

To ensure the safety of children, and to make sure everyone experience is special we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. Children who visiting the spa during their parents’ appointments, or children who are unattended in the waiting area, can pose a health and safety risk due to the nature of our business. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child.

Consultations

Skin care consultations are always complimentary. We ask that you come with a freshly cleansed face and makeup free. Our consultations include pictures of your skin with our Reveal Imaging machine.  These pictures will reveal to your master esthetician (and you) any hyperpigmentation that hides below the skin, a polarized view of your skin revealing any redness as well as the texture of the skin.  Your master esthetician will educate you about your unique skin type, address your concerns (if any) and recommend a course of treatment(s) they will include services as well as homecare. 

Neurotoxin (Botox) and dermal filler consultations with Dr. Bass are $150.  However, upon receiving neurotoxin or dermal filler injections this amount will be credited to whichever service that you receive. If no service is performed the cost of the consultation will be the full $150.
