Terms and Conditions - Tattoo Removal


  • Credit/Debit Card is required for membership 
  • First month’s membership fee is due at time of membership. Each additional month will be charged on the same day of each month as the day of membership. (ex. Signup Jan 5, each monthly payment will be on the 5th of each month until the end of the term of membership)  
  • Membership begins on the day you sign up and will end on the last day of the month of your final payment.  
  • Membership can be canceled at any time with a 30 day written notice but will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to the amount of one month’s membership. 
  • Tattoo removal treatments cannot be scheduled less than 8 weeks apart to allow for complete healing from the previous treatment.
  • Spa Cancellation Policy Applies to all no show and late cancellation appointments (see spa cancellation policy for details).
  • Earn monthly Ageless Loyalty Rewards equal to membership fee.
