Terms and Conditions - Laser Hair Removal

  • Credit/Debit Card is required for membership
  • First month’s membership fee is due at time of membership. Each additional month will be charged on your credit card on file the same day of the month as the day of membership.
  • Membership can be canceled at any time with a 30 day written notice but will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to the amount of one month’s membership fee. 
  • Membership term is for 18 months.  
  • Additional areas cannot be added after membership has begun, however package pricing can be offered for additional areas.
  • Spa Cancelation Policy applies to all no shows or late (within 24 hours) cancelation appointments.
